At Breathe, we are dedicated to creating products that help you replace harmful habits with a cleaner, healthier alternative. While we strive to deliver the highest quality, we understand that sometimes a product may not fully meet your expectations. That’s why we’ve designed a clear and fair return policy to make the process as simple as possible.


Return Window

We offer a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your order to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are hygiene items, returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all parts complete. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@breathediffuser.com. Include your order number and a short explanation of your request. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the instructions needed to complete the process. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is the result of an error on our part. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once we receive the item. Please note that delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and do not qualify as a valid reason for return.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. In these cases, Breathe will cover the return shipping cost and arrange for either a replacement or a full refund.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within seven business days, minus the agreed return shipping cost. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different variant or color, please contact us at support@breathediffuser.com. After approval and return of the original item, you will receive store credit via email that can be used to place a new order for your preferred item.

 

Return Denial

Breathe reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines. Items returned outside the 100-day return period or without prior approval will not be accepted. Returns sent to any other address than the one provided during the return process cannot be processed.


Order Modifications and Cancellations

We prepare orders for shipping quickly, often within just a few hours. Because of this, it may not always be possible to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@breathediffuser.com. We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been dispatched.
